Transforming in-branch banking into a digital-first experience.
When I joined Meridian in June 2018, Ontario's largest credit union tasked me with helping envision Motusbank — a fully digital banking arm with no physical branches. I designed end-to-end web and mobile flows for deposit account opening, unsecured loans, and Canada's first fully digital mortgage pre-approval.
Over ten months we mapped key user journeys, built a modular component library in Adobe XD, and worked in close collaboration with the digital bank team. The platform onboarded over 10,000 members within its first year.
